Our friendly and knowledgeable business staff members are ready to assist you. Our staff attends applicable educational meetings which helps them to serve you better. They are well trained in insurance matters as well as medical triaging and are pleased to help you with any questions you might have.

Clinical Staff


Our friendly and knowledgeable clinical staff members are all Certified Ophthalmic Assistants (COA), accredited by the Joint Commission on Allied Health Personnel in Ophthalmology (JCAHPO), which prides themselves in “Certification and education for eye care excellence”. They assist our doctors to provide you with the very highest level of care and service.

Kimberly Stevens COE, OCS

Practice Administrator

 

Kimberly Stevens COE, OCS, has been with Cortland Eye Center for over 30 years. She oversees the general operations of the practice.

She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmic Executives (AAOE) and a member of the American Society of Ophthalmic Administrators (ASOA).

 

Community Involvement:

Ambassador - Cortland County Chamber of Commerce 2015-Present.

 

Volunteer Member - Cortland YWCA Giving Committee 2017-Present. YWCA Board member 2020-Present.

 

Board of Directors - Cortland County Chamber of Commerce 2009-2014.

 

Volunteer Board Member - CRMC Hospital Aid for eight years. Co-Chair - CRMC Annual Charity Ball for five years.

 

Team Captain - American Cancer Society-Relay for Life Cortland for 7 years.

 

Graduate of Leadership Cortland Program 2011.
